What are the factors affecting the accuracy of injection molding robots
Manipulators can be divided into several types. Nowadays, its use is indispensable. At the same time, injection manipulators also bring a lot of help to many enterprises. However, when using them, there are some factors that affect the manipulators. The accuracy of the following, I will tell you:
First, the control system: switch control, electro-hydraulic proportional control and servo control position control accuracy is different. This is not only because the accuracy and sensitivity of various control elements are different, but also related to the presence or absence of a position feedback device.
Second, the driving source: pressure fluctuations of hydraulic pressure and air pressure, and fluctuations in voltage, oil temperature, and air temperature will affect the repeated positioning accuracy of the manipulator. Therefore, necessary voltage stabilization and oil temperature adjustment measures are adopted. For example, use an accumulator to stabilize the oil pressure, use a heater or cooler to control the oil temperature, and at low speeds, use a temperature and pressure-compensated flow control valve.
3. Weight of moving parts: The weight of moving parts includes the weight of the injection manipulator itself and the weight of the object being grasped. The change of the weight of the moving part has a great influence on the positioning accuracy. Generally, as the weight of a moving part increases, the positioning accuracy decreases. Therefore, when designing, we must not only reduce the weight of the moving parts themselves, but also consider the impact of changes in grasping weight during work.
4. Accuracy: The manufacturing accuracy and installation speed regulation accuracy of the injection robot have a direct impact on the positioning accuracy.
V. Stiffness: When the structural rigidity and contact rigidity of the injection manipulator itself are low, the positioning accuracy is generally low due to easy vibration.
Six, positioning methods: different positioning methods have different influencing factors. For example, when positioning a mechanical stop, the positioning accuracy is related to the stiffness of the stop and the speed of the stop.
